HandyBandi is a handyman and home repair company based at 5412 N Clark Street, a short drive north of Uptown. We work across the North Side and the rest of Chicago, in vintage walk-ups and courtyard buildings, condos, two-flats and single-family homes.
What we handle:
Plumbing - drain cleaning, faucet and toilet repair and installation, pipe and supply line work, garbage disposals, water heaters, water filtration and softeners.
Drywall - patching, installation, water damage repair, popcorn ceiling removal.
Painting - interior and exterior, kitchen cabinets, accent walls, wallpaper, shiplap and wood slat work.
Carpentry - door and window repair, trim, shelving, built-ins.
Around the house - TV mounting, furniture assembly, shelf and picture hanging, appliance installation, bathroom recaulking.
Rates start at $80 an hour for handyman work, with flat-rate quotes on larger projects and pricing published on our website. We are bonded and insured, which most Chicago condo associations require before work can begin in the building.
Open seven days a week, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with same-day slots on most weekdays.
